Tariffs and Booking Details

Rental Conditions

The prices quoted include electricity, water, heating and all linen and towels.

A non returnable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, with balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellations made more than eight weeks prior to the due arrival date will forego the deposit only. Those made less than eight weeks prior to the due arrival date will forego the full amount unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure (including cancellation cover).

The cottage will be cleaned to a very high standard and made ready for your arrival. There is a £30 cleaning fee for this service.

Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. These rules are not rigid and if you need to arrive on a different day please ask.

Outside of the main holiday periods we are happy to take bookings on a daily basis, with a minimm stay of three nights.

Low Season                                £270 per week

Easter, May, June, September  £290 per week

July, August                               £400 per week

Christmas and New Year            £350 per week

Daily Rate    £65 per night, minimum 3 nights
